Synopsis
Kang Hye Na, the only successor of Kang-san Group, is the owner of the ‘Lady Castle’ and lives a ‘princess-like’ life with her servants. Hye-na’s parents died from a plane accident and her grandfather brought her up. Hye-na is strong-headed, selfish and world revolves around her; it is because she could not experience the warmth of family when she grew up.
One day, she comes across Dong-chan. He makes Hye-na to do community service, kidnaps her, and now appears in front of her as the new household manager! Hye-na makes every effort to throw him out from the Castle, but this guy has tenacity in him!

Kang Hye Na
The 2nd daughter of a family of 3 girls.
She is a cavalier princess who lives in a palace like mansion, and possesses an attitude of self-conceited arrogance. A spoilt and immature chaebol heiress, and can be seen as the Korean version of Paris Hilton. (Age: 24)
Seo Dong Chan
An ex-male gold-digger who is poor and broke.
He is a bad guy who pretends to be a butler/house keeper.
He will do everything in order to get his hands on the Kang family’s fortune.

Lee Tae Yoon
A wealthy heir and an elite lawyer.
Most likely to be involved in a love triangle. He looks like a soft and gentle young man, but when it comes to his work he is merciless and sharp like a knife.

Yeo Eui Joo
A bright, cheerful and lovable character.
She dreams of being a shoe designer
She has grown up like siblings with Suh Dong Chan (YSH) as she’s always been there for him, worrying and trying her best to get his life on track.

Managing director of Kang-San Group, and has the scheming ambition to make this company his own. Although he has the role of the so-called “villian”, Kang MD also has a somewhat misplaced comical element to himself, which will add vitality to the drama.

I just finished it, and I still have a question. In the second episode she was chasing the lawyer when they were horseback riding because she thought he was someone she new from the past. And also she kept staring at a box with a ring in it and the picture of a boy when she was alone in her room. I do not remember if they explained those things during the chapters. Can someone explain me please ?

i was so starstruck when i saw eun hye being like an spoildbrat lady.in his character in princess hours is not like that.
I can’t believe that Eun Hye agreed to have this drama aired! Very bad editing in terms of the length of hair of her character. It was obvious that the latter parts were quickly shot and pasted many months after the drama started. I wonder why she didn’t film this drama continuously and had to re shoot parts like when she ran away with her butler at the beach. THE WORST was the ending when she was about to leave for America. The day before she left for the airport her hair was super short. The next day it was long. Grrrrrr.

I really like MFL series; it captivates my attention also the songs– romanize, and I love you as well as cant control my love and helpless love.
Though dong chan is quite old and it may seem too thru wrinkle; however, his charisma reveals and I reallly222222222222222222 like his acting and voice wishing he will hold concert in jakarta one day his voice is superb and his acting is great.
He is not that ugly or may even very handsome compared to tae yoon but his face is not bored to see and can you see that he is so sweet; somemore, his face expression can change and turn to be someone else sometimes, this is also the part that I like from him.
Sometimes, I still re-watch this series I never get bored of watching this serials……..
and I will watch another series called ‘secret garden’ that has YSH inside though he doesnt play the main role, I will watch it as it wins the best drama award in 2010……!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that Dong Chan is a kinda too old for Hye Na. Tae Yoon should have equal or more screen presence in this drama. He’s so charming with his cool composure and gentleness.
