Synopsis
The drama portrays the tragic story of two brothers rivalry, Lee Cho In and Lee Seon Woo.
Lee Cho In is a gifted doctor and have a successful life.
Lee Seon Woo is jealous for everything Cho In received, their father’s love , getting more recognition as a doctor and for stealing the woman he loves.

Good drama , SJS is acting very well as neurosurgeon , i surprise why his friends , all doctors ,are not looking for him , especially he is missing in China . I guest just a drama , if every body is searching for
him in the beginning he would be found in few days there is no drama anymore.

I love this drama a lot, SJS is super hot <3 love him a lot too.
Have loved So Jí Sub’s acting since he appeared in “Sorry, I Love You”. Ever noticed how every time there is a scene involving the need for maternal love, SJS does his stuff with extreme sensitivity?
Shin Hyun Joon is excellent, but I find his evil parts in the drama less convincing. The transitions (with close-ups) on his sudden change in face are purposeful, and he executes these transitions very skilfully, but almost … too textbook-like? I feel he didn’t always grasp the transformation in his character, and perhaps the fault lies with the scriptwriter?
I don’t think I’ll be alone in saying the lack of chemistry between Han Ji Min and So Ji Sub most …noticeable. In fact, even at the end of the drama, I seriously doubted if Lee Cho In really loves Oh Jeung Yi… Han Ji Min was probably picked for her petite size - while believable for the younger sister part, she never quite goes beyond that role to a romantic one. Other than the bar scene in which she agonises over her decision to let Cho In know who he is, there is really no other part in which she appears convincingly in love.
