This drama tells the story of a Vampire, Park Ji Sang (Ahn Jae Hyun) who works as a doctor in a hospital.
Meanwhile, Yoo Ri Ta (Koo Hye Sun) plays a hotshot heiress doctor, a star physician at the hospital and the niece of the board’s chairman. She’s snooty and cold, but highly capable, and used to being the golden girl. Lee Jae Wook (Ji Jin Hee) co-stars as their chief, an outwardly gentle, inwardly ambitious man who will prove to be their biggest adversary.
Ahn Jae-hyun as Park Ji-sang (Director, Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic surgery): Appears to be a cold and unfeeling vampire, but is in fact warmhearted and yearns for closeness with humans. He believes strongly in the value of human lives and suppresses his thirst for blood to save
Gu Hye-sun as Yoo Ri-ta (Physician, Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic surgery): The golden girl of Taemin Hospital – she is a star physician who entered medical school at age 17, and is also the niece of the hospital’s chairman. She’s prideful, bold and snotty, but with a sunny disposition.
Ji Jin-hee as Lee Jae-wook (Chief, Taemin Cancer Hospital): A two-faced chief who gains everyone’s trust with his gentle demeanor, but harbours a dangerous ambition on the inside. He’ll do anything if it serves his desire for power, and will be the hero’s greatest adversary.
